Artificial Intelligence Practices, Logistics, Actions, and Necessities Act or the AI PLAN Act This bill requires the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Commerce to submit a report on the risks posed by the use of artificial intelligence in the commission of financial crimes by adversarial actors.
