Export Control Enforcement and Enhancement Act This bill allows for expedited consideration of modifications to the Entity List. (The Entity List is managed by the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security. The list identifies the names of persons who are involved, or have the potential to be involved, in activities contrary to U.S. national security or foreign policy interests.) Specifically, the bill allows any member of the End-User Review Committee to submit proposals directly to the full committee requesting a vote for additions to, removals from, or other modifications with respect to the Entity List.
