Apex Project, Nevada Land Transfer and Authorization Act Amendments Act This bill expands the Apex Project, Nevada Land Transfer and Authorization Act of 1989 to extend the rights-of-ways granted to Clark County, Nevada, to other entities and make related requirements. Specifically, the Department of the Interior must grant certain utility and transportation rights-of-way granted to Clark County to the city of North Las Vegas or the Apex Industrial Park Owners Association for the connection of existing electric power, water, natural gas, telephone, railroad, and highway facilities to the Kerr-McGee site and the other lands conveyed in accordance with this bill.
