Ensuring Medicaid Eligibility Act of 2025 This bill establishes additional requirements for state Medicaid programs with respect to verifying the eligibility of enrollees, particularly for noncitizens. It also prohibits federal Medicaid payment for services for certain noncitizens who are temporarily admitted into the United States. The bill prohibits implementation of the rule titled Medicaid Program; Streamlining the Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program, and Basic Health Program Application, Eligibility Determination, Enrollment, and Renewal Processes , which was issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on April 2, 2024.
