DIVISION 2. - MEETINGS#
Sec. 2-42. - Time, place; exceptions.#
(a)
The town council shall hold two regular meetings which shall be held on the first and third Monday of each month at the Minersville Town Hall. The meetings shall begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. The second meeting will only be held if necessary.
(b)
If the meeting date is a legal holiday, then the meeting shall be held at the same time and place on the next following day which is not a legal holiday.
(c)
The town council may, by resolution, provide a different time and place for holding regular meetings of the town council.
