Sec. 18-9. - Fee for appeals before housing board of review.

The appeal fee for appeals before the housing board of review shall be $25.00 whenever an appeal is taken from a compliance order raised as a result of hearing before the director, and the appeal fee shall be $10.00 whenever an appeal is taken from the compliance order resulting from the failure to request a hearing before the director, or after failure to appear at such hearing.
