Sec. 11-30. - Election of chair; meetings; quorums.

The hearing board shall elect one of its members as chair. It shall meet at such time and place as shall be specified by call of the chair or the director, and notice of each meeting shall be given in writing to each member by the director at least two days in advance of the meeting. Three members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
