Sec. 30-37. - Garbage containers.

All garbage shall be deposited in 65- or 95-gallon containers provided by the city and bearing the city seal and shall at all times have a secure cover and/or the lid closed. The city will only supply the first garbage container and first recycling container to each property in the city and, thereafter, property owners are responsible for purchasing replacement containers.
