Sec. 30-34. - Eligibility of household refuse collection by the department of public works.

The following uses or structures shall be eligible for household refuse collection by the city: (1)

Residential structures with five or fewer units.

(2)

Public schools;

(3)

Structures used for municipal offices or services; and

(4)

Owner occupied residential structures with five units or more. In order to be eligible for this pickup a property owner must meet all the requirements of the homestead exemption as provided for in section 36-55 of this Code.
