Sec. 30-33. - Collection hours restricted.

Except for the removal of rubbish and recycling by the city, no one shall pick up or remove, not shall any person cause or allow to be picked up or removed, any refuse, rubbish, recycling or trash from any commercial or industrial establishments between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., if such establishment is located within 200 feet of a dwelling.
