Section 13.01. - Organization.#
There shall be a Department of Building Inspection pursuant to 23-27.3-107.0 of the General Laws of Rhode Island and all amendments thereto.
Section 13.02. - Building Official.#
There shall be a Building Official appointed by the Town Manager and approved by the Town Council.
