13.04.070 - Part 3, Design Standards, amended by amending Section 20.32.690—Reimbursement for repairs and maintenance following violations.

Part 3, Design Standards, of the county ordinance is amended by adding the following paragraph to Section 20.32.690: "In the event the damaged public sewer is not in a sewer maintenance district, the violator shall reimburse the city within thirty days after the City Engineer shall render an invoice for the same. The amount when paid shall be deposited into the city treasury."
