13.04.060 - Section 20.28.020 amended—Fees—Records required—Disposition of funds.

Section 20.28.020 of the county ordinance is amended by deleting the last sentence of the paragraph, beginning with the words "The county engineer shall pay," and substituting the following text: "Except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, all money received under Section 20.28.020 shall be deposited with the County Treasurer and credited to the Special Sewer Maintenance Fund."
