What it does

Allows producer to sell candled eggs designated as ungraded under limited circumstances. States information requirements for labeling or display of ungraded eggs. \tAllows sales of shell eggs at location used for farm direct marketing if producer or seller is licensed as egg handler. \tRequires that container used by egg handler for eggs state common or usual name of eggs. \tDeclares emergency, effective on passage.
