A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 56-5-4530, RELATING TO ILLUMINATION OF REAR REGISTRATION PLATES, SO AS TO MAKE A TECHNICAL CHANGE, AND TO PROVIDE VEHICLES MAY NOT BE STOPPED FOR HAVING INOPERABLE TAIL LAMPS OR SEPARATE LAMPS IN THE ABSENCE OF A VIOLATION OF ANOTHER LAW.
