Create a new section of KRS Chapter 339 to allow a nonprofit organization to create a work program for minors 12 or 13 years of age; require the program to exist to provide minors with life skills and employment skills; require that the primary benefit of the work performed provide vocational and educational value to the minors; prohibit minors from working when school is in session; prohibit minors from working in activities that engage in interstate commerce; allow participation of minors 14 to 17 years of age to participate in work program under current gainful employment standards; require the Department of Workplace Standards to promulgate administrative regulations; amend KRS 339.210…
