SB 1533 - This act establishes the Interstate Dental and Dental Hygiene Licensure Compact ("Compact"), which facilitates the interstate practice of dentistry and dental hygiene and provides for dentists and dental hygienists licensed in a participating state to have expedited licensure portability in other participating states.\r \r \tThe Compact creates a joint government agency ("Commission") and provides for its powers and duties, including overseeing the administration of the Compact, issuing advisory opinions and training on the Compact, and enforce compliance with the Compact.
