What it does

This act authorizes correctional forestry crew supervisors, correctional crew supervisors or correctional forestry crew managers who are employed by the Office of State Lands and Investments to be included as law enforcement members under the Wyoming Retirement System. This act authorizes any person employed full-time or temporary full-time in a wildland firefighting occupation by any state agency to be included as a firefighter member under the Wyoming Retirement System. This act provides an appropriation to the Office of State Lands and Investments to provide retirement contributions.
