What it does
Under existing law, funds in the federal Petroleum Violation Escrow Account consisting of federal oil overcharge funds, have been disbursed to the state by the federal government and deposited into the Petroleum Violation Escrow Account in the Federal Trust Fund to be used for purposes specified in federal law.
