What it does
(1) Existing law, the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, defines and regulates common interest developments. Existing law requires an association to distribute specified annual reports to its members, to solicit members' delivery preference for notices from the association, and to record the collected preferences at least 30 days before distributing the annual budget report.
