What it does
Establishes Oregon Housing Needs Analysis in Oregon Department of Administrative Services. Requires cities outside Metro to plan for housing needs as allocated by analysis. Requires Metro to adopt similar methodology to allocate housing needs to cities within Metro. Requires Housing and Community Services Department to develop housing production dashboard and housing equity indicators. \tAllows Department of Land Conservation and Development to audit, and to enter into housing acceleration agreement with, certain cities that are not adopting or implementing housing production strategies or that are lowest performing as measured by dashboard and indicators.
