Requires the division of family resources of the family and social services administration (division) to develop and implement simplified requirements by which an individual who: (1) is 60 years of age or older or a person with a disability; and (2) resides in a household every resident of which is 60 years of age or older or a person with a disability (eligible individual); may certify or recertify the individual's eligibility for supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP) benefits.
