(1) Existing law requires the Secretary of Labor and Workforce Development to convene a biennial economic strategy panel, known as the California Economic Strategy Panel and consisting of specified appointed members, for purposes of providing recommendations regarding a California Economic Development Strategic Plan and to review those recommendations made by the panel in its biennial economic development strategic plan document, as specified.
