Transportation, Dept. of - As enacted, authorizes the department to allocate a portion of the funds generated by the barrel tax on beer and tax on bottled soft drinks to be used for roadway, waterway, and shoreline litter reduction initiatives. - Amends TCA Title 54, Chapter 1, Part 4; Section 57-5-201 and Section 67-4-402.
