What it does

Directs Teacher Standards and Practices Commission to conduct study on methods for encouraging public school teachers and administrators to apply for and attain certification through national professional organization for teaching standards. Requires commission to report results of study to interim committee of Legislative Assembly. Sunsets December 31, 2018. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
