Public Records - As enacted, authorizes, from April 28, 2021, to July 1, 2025, a records custodian to petition a court to enjoin a person who makes a request to view or copy a public record with the intent to disrupt government operations from making records requests. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5.
