Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Requires registration stickers issued as evidence of renewed registration issued by the Secretary of State to be displayed on the upper right corner of the rear registration plate or in a manner otherwise provided by the Secretary. Provides that registration stickers issued to truck-tractors shall be displayed on the upper right corner of the front registration plate or in a manner otherwise provided by the Secretary.
