Provides that the population parameters that refer to political subdivisions throughout the Indiana Code are based on the 2010 federal decennial census until April 1, 2022. Provides that for purposes of local redistricting, political subdivisions shall use data from the 2020 federal decennial census. Establishes new legislative districts for the Indiana general assembly. Provides for expiration of the current legislative districts on the date of the 2022 general election.
