Amends the Election Code. Provides that an election authority shall not locate a polling place for early voting, grace period registration and voting, or election day voting in a building permanently occupied by a local or State law enforcement agency. Provides an exception for an election authority with an office in a building occupied by local or State law enforcement, allowing early voting or grace period registration and voting at that site, provided that the election authority operates a permanent or temporary early voting or grace period registration and voting polling location in at least one location that is not located in a building occupied by a local or State law enforcement…
