What it does

Existing law requires any markings that are used or required to be used on any container of honey to identify the container or describe its contents to be plainly and conspicuously marked, stamped, stenciled, printed, labeled, or branded in letters that are large enough to be readily discernible by any person, upon the top, front, or side of the container, except as provided. Existing law requires a container or subcontainer of extracted honey to be conspicuously marked with one of the United States grades that are established for honey by the United States Department of Agriculture.
