What it does

Modifies definition of "plug-in hybrid electric vehicle" for purposes of zero-emission and electric vehicle rebates. Adjusts amount of rebate for light-duty zero-emission vehicles. \tAdjusts to ___ percent minimum amount of Zero-Emission Incentive Fund that Department of Environmental Quality is required to allocate to fund rebates through Charge Ahead Oregon Program. \tApplies to vehicles purchased or leased on or after January 1, 2022. \tTakes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
