Establishes Indiana as a nuclear regulatory agreement state upon approval by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (commission) and the signing of an agreement by the governor and the chairman of the commission. Establishes the policies and purposes of the agreement in regulating certain radioactive items.
