What it does

(1) Existing law provides for the attendance of apprentices at local educational agencies, defined to mean a school district or county office of education, and community colleges under vocational education program standards that are established with the participation of the State Department of Education, the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges, and the Division of Apprenticeship Standards of the Department of Industrial Relations.
