What it does
Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that, on July 1, 2024 or as soon thereafter as possible, the balance remaining in the State Police Training and Academy Fund shall be transferred to the State Police Law Enforcement Administration Fund, and the State Police Training and Academy Fund shall be dissolved. Provides that moneys that had been paid into the State Police Training and Academy Fund shall be paid instead into the State Police Law Enforcement Administration Fund.
