A Bill to Amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by Adding Section 59-17-165 So as to Provide the Governing Body of Each School District of This State Shall Create a Student Bullying Advisory Council to Be Comprised of Students, Parents, and Teachers Selected by the Governing Body to Advise the Governing Body on Matters Relating to Student-on-student Bullying Problems, and on Other Matters That the Governing Body Considers Appropriate.
