What it does
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that no insurer that issues an accident and health insurance policy in this State may impose greater fees for copayments, coinsurance, or office visit deductibles for covered services provided by a licensed physical therapist than the fees charged for copayments, coinsurance, and office visit deductibles for the same covered services provided by a licensed primary care physician.
