Amend KRS 150.175 to change the name of the junior statewide hunting license to the youth statewide hunting license; remove the requirement that a person under 16 have the permission of his or her parent, guardian, or custodian to obtain a youth statewide hunting license; change the name of the junior game permit to the youth game permit; change the names of combination licenses to sportsmans' hunting and fishing licenses; remove the requirement that the holder of a disabled sportsman's license carry proof of disability while performing an act authorized by the license; add a youth sportsman's license; amend KRS 150.195 to remove the requirement that the Department of Fish and Wildlife…
