A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO RECOGNIZE AND HONOR THE INDIAN WATERS COUNCIL OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA FOR THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE PROVIDED BY A MYRIAD OF LEADERS, TO CONGRATULATE THEM AND THEIR SCOUTS FOR A CENTURY OF OUTSTANDING AND MEANINGFUL IMPACT IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, AND TO RECOGNIZE 2020 AS "INDIAN WATERS COUNCIL OF SCOUTING ONE HUNDREDTH ANNIVERSARY YEAR."
