What it does

Allocates a portion of the conveyance tax revenues to the rental assistance revolving fund to be used to subsidize rents for persons who meet certain income requirements. Authorizes moneys in the rental assistance revolving fund to be used to finance the costs of environmental assessments and environmental impact statements for eligible affordable housing projects. Increases the availability of the income tax credit for low-income household renters, and makes adjustments to that credit annually based on inflation.
