What it does
Increases maximum number of zones for electronic commerce. Provides that increase in maximum number of zones shall occur in thirds over three-year period. \tRequires authorized business firm claiming enterprise zone exemption to include with claim amount of tax credits on investments in enterprise zone or city designated for electronic commerce that were claimed and used by firm or collectively by owners or shareholders of firm. Requires Department of Revenue to prescribe manner in which authorized business firm shall acknowledge disclosure of tax credit information required to be included with claim.
