Digest: The Act requires the OHA to take certain steps to make sure that certain people who are under 21 years of age receive the services and supports that they qualify for. The Act requires the OHA and DHS to make sure that children and youth who are served by both agencies get the services they need from both agencies. \tThe Act says that, if a court orders the OHA to provide certain services to a youth, the order does not commit the youth to the OHA or change the youth's guardian.
