SB 1603 - This act establishes the Missouri Declaration and Bylaws Modernization Act. \r \r \tThe board of directors of a homeowners association may amend bylaws and declarations with a simple majority vote. Should an insufficient number of votes be obtained to decide the question within ninety days of distributing the amendment of the bylaws or declarations to the members of the association, the bylaws or declarations may be amended if the association provides a notice to all members containing a statement that the proposed amendment would be deemed approved by the members unless one quarter of the votes in the association submit a vote to reject the proposed amendment within sixty days of…
