What it does
Existing law establishes the Air Quality Improvement Program, administered by the State Air Resources Board, to fund, upon appropriation by the Legislature, air quality improvement projects related to fuel and vehicle technologies. Existing law, beginning January 1, 2011, requires the state board to submit to the Legislature a biennial report to evaluate the implementation of the program, as specified.
