What it does
Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act. Provides that it is the practice of pharmacy to order and administer vaccines to patients 7 years of age and older for COVID-19 or influenza subcutaneously, intramuscularly, or orally as authorized, approved, or licensed by the United States Food and Drug Administration or in accordance with the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Recommended Immunization Schedule or the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Health Information for International Travel (rather than as authorized, approved, or licensed by the United States Food and Drug Administration).
