Motor Vehicles, Titling and Registration - As enacted, increases, from 30 days to 60 days, the initial period of time a temporary plate issued by a dealer is valid for a motor vehicle; increases the fee for such plate from $5.50 to $6.50. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 4.
