What it does

Existing law requires the collection of specified fees for certified copies of a birth certificate, marriage record, or marriage dissolution record. Existing law imposes fees upon the application for an original class C or M driver's license or a renewal of a driver's license or for a license to operate a different class of vehicle, as described.
