What it does
Existing law establishes the California Community Colleges under the administration of the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges as one of the segments of public postsecondary education in the state. Existing regulations require a community college district to increase its base number of full-time faculty over the prior year in proportion to the amount of growth in funded credit full-time equivalent students.
