What it does

Requires applicant for marijuana production license that does not own premises at which marijuana will be produced to submit signed informed consent of owner of premises to Oregon Liquor Control Commission. \tRequires applicant for marijuana grow site registration that does not own certain premises of marijuana grow site to submit signed informed consent of owner of premises to Oregon Health Authority. \tTakes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
