A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, TO ENACT THE "ESSENTIAL CAREGIVERS ACT OF 2022" BY ADDING SECTION 44-7-400 SO AS TO REQUIRE CERTAIN HEALTH CARE FACILITIES TO PERMIT ESSENTIAL CAREGIVERS ACCESS TO RESIDENTS DURING A PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY.
