What it does

Rapid diagnostic testing; essential workers;emergency. Requires that when the Commissioner of Health determinesthat a communicable disease of public health significance existsin the Commonwealth, he shall ensure that any available rapid diagnostictesting indicating the existence of such communicable disease isreadily available to all essential workers in the Commonwealth.
